Caitlyn Toropova, founder of Liberty Tours, has an extensive background in marine biology. From her master's work on gray whales to her studies of blue whales, dolphins and seals, Caitlyn obviously loves the ocean. Her enthusiasm about the sea bubbles over infects everyone she comes into contact with. Her career has been a journey through academics, wildlife filmmaking, naturalist work and experiencing the diversity of animals and cultures throughout the world. Caitlyn is happy to call San Diego home and thrilled to share the secrets of her backyard with you. As an experienced world-traveler, Caitlyn realized that sometimes people like to enjoy the watery world beneath us surrounded by a bit more comfort. That is why she created tours that use all of her past experiences combined with the sophistication that only yachting can give.
